FAQ

What does SoChicOnline sell?

SoChicOnline offers PAMP Suisse gold bullion and fine jewelry, including gold diamond necklaces, pendants and bracelets. Refer to individual listings for current prices, specifications and availability.

What is the difference between a single 1 g bar and a 25 × 1 g set?

A single 1 g Fortuna bar contains 1 gram of gold. The Fortuna 25 × 1 g listing is sold as one complete set of 25 individually packaged 1 gram bars, with a total gold weight of 25 grams. The set is not a single 1 gram bar.

What does 999.9 fine gold mean?

A fineness of 999.9 means 999.9 parts of gold per 1,000, equivalent to 99.99% purity. The listed PAMP Suisse Fortuna bullion bars have this purity, also described as 24k. This specification applies to those bullion bars, not to every jewelry item.

What packaging comes with the Fortuna gold bars?

The single 1 g Fortuna bar and the 25 × 1 g Fortuna set are described with protective CertiPAMP assay packaging. The set contains individually packaged bars. Review the particular product listing for the packaging supplied with that item.

Where can I find jewelry specifications?

Each jewelry listing provides the details for that design, such as metal karat, total diamond carat weight, diamond color and clarity, chain length and clasp type where applicable. Specifications vary by piece; gold-bar purity and assay-packaging details do not automatically apply to jewelry.

Does total diamond carat weight describe one diamond?

Total diamond carat weight, often written as ctw, is the combined weight of the diamonds in a piece. For example, a necklace described as five diamonds totaling 0.50 ctw has 0.50 carats across those five diamonds, not 0.50 carats per diamond.

How can I ask about a specific item?

Use our contact form and include the product name and your question. Check the individual listing for current price and availability before ordering.

Which products are compatible with VERISCAN™?

Look for the VERISCAN™ logo on the product’s CertiPAMP™ assay packaging or accompanying certificate. Compatibility depends on the specific item, not simply its brand, weight or design.

How does VERISCAN™ authenticate a product?

VERISCAN™ compares a registered product’s microscopic surface profile with its production record. Scan the QR code within the official VERISCAN™ app, rather than your phone’s standard camera app, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Do I need to remove the packaging?

No. Compatible products can be scanned through their original CertiPAMP™ assay packaging.

What does “Unable to Authenticate” mean?

Possible causes include an unregistered item, unsuitable lighting or camera angle, incorrect scan settings, significant damage, or a mismatch with the production record. The message alone does not establish which cause applies. For help, please use our contact form and include the product name and the message shown in the app.
