Terms of service

2. Terms of Service

Overview. This website is operated by Pharmamaedex LLC ("SoChicOnline", "we", "us"). By visiting the site or purchasing from us you agree to these terms.

Products. We sell investment-grade precious metal products minted by PAMP Suisse. Product images show a photographed sample; serial numbers on the item you receive will differ. Weights and fineness are as stated by the mint.

Pricing. Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market and may change without notice due to precious metal market movements. The price at checkout is the price you pay. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at an obviously incorrect price.

Orders and verification. We may request additional identity or payment verification for high-value orders, and may cancel any order we cannot verify. Orders are confirmed only when we send a shipping confirmation.

Not investment advice. Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice. The value of precious metals can go down as well as up.

Authenticity verification. VERISCAN® verification is provided by PAMP SA, independently of SoChicOnline. We are not responsible for the availability of third-party services.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Maine, USA.
