Return window: 14 days from delivery.
Gold bars (PAMP Suisse)
Because the price of precious metals changes daily and authenticity depends on intact packaging, we accept returns only under these conditions:
- The item is in its original, unopened CertiPAMP™ assay packaging, with the seal and certificate card undamaged.
- The serial number on the returned item matches the serial number recorded on your order.
- You contact us at info@sochiconline.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Gold jewelry (10K / 14K / 18K / 22K)
- The piece is unworn, undamaged and returned with its original box and packaging.
- You contact us at info@sochiconline.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Not returnable: bars removed from, or damaged in, their assay packaging; resized, engraved or personalised jewelry; earrings for hygiene reasons unless faulty; items not purchased from SoChicOnline.
How to return:
- Email info@sochiconline.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We reply with a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item fully insured, with tracking and signature on delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: After we receive the item and inspect it (and, for bars, verify the packaging and serial number), we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
