PAMP records that profile at production. Your scan is compared against it.

- STEP 1Install the appDownload VERISCAN™ free from the App Store.
- STEP 2Sign inOpen the app, sign in and watch the short built-in tutorial.
- STEP 3Choose Automatic ScanThen follow the on-screen prompts.
- STEP 4Scan the QR codeThe one on the CertiPAMP™ card or certificate, from inside the app.
- STEP 5Set the detailsPackaged or unpackaged, and which side: front or back.
- STEP 6Line up the cameraMatch the overlay and keep the level guide centred.
- STEP 7Read the resultPass, or No Result Available.
!Look for the logo. Only products with the VERISCAN™ logo on the CertiPAMP™ card or certificate can be scanned.
!Scan the QR code inside the app. Not with your phone camera; scanning it first can stop the check from working.
Questions
Which products can be verified?+
PAMP products with the VERISCAN™ logo on their CertiPAMP™ assay card, or on the paper certificate that comes with cast bars.
Do I need to open the packaging?+
No. The scan works through the sealed CertiPAMP™ card, so the bar and its seal stay intact.
Which side should I scan?+
Front or back. Larger products can be checked on all six sides.
The QR code won’t scan. What now?+
Make sure you are scanning from inside the VERISCAN™ app, not the phone camera, in even light and without glare on the card.
I got “No Result Available”. Is my bar fake?+
Not necessarily. Rescan with the phone flat, the level guide centred and no reflections. If it still fails, contact VERISCAN™ support and us.
Does it cost anything?+
No. Scans are free and confidential.
